There are no hidden fees! No nickel and diming you! You simply pay a set membership every month and every visit is included! No copays and you may not even need a visit since you have direct access to the provider. You are able to text/email/call any questions you have!
We help you receive discounts on medications/ labs and other tests!
*Most importantly, you have the option to chose a high deductible/ low premium insurance plan. This covers you in case of a major medical event, and allows us to care for all your other needs!
Of course! We are a practice that focuses on proactive preventative care! Why wait till there is an issue?! We involve you in your custom care plan and start building a relationship that will be helpful in identifying health issues sooner. Then, of course, there are those moments when you are sick, and we will be here for you when that happens as well.
We are glad to say, "no!" By not accepting insurance, it allows us to treat you and your family with freedom from the constraints the insurance companies put on providers. Therefore, you and the provider create the individual care plan, rather than an insurance company. This also simplifies our business model and allows us to have less patients which frees up the providers time to spend with you! In addition to that, if we took insurance we would be required to charge certain prices on visits and tests and we want the ability to save you money through discounts!
We would love the opportunity to care for your entire family! We do require an adult membership with a child membership. Also, the family membership can include adult children as long as they are dependents living in your home.
At this time, we will not be providing routine vaccines for children. We will be sending you to the health department for this service specifically. We hope to add this as we grow and if the need is there!
You can still become a member if you have insurance! You can use your insurance for things like medications, labs, tests and hospital stays.
In the age of technology, many conditions can be diagnosed and treated via a simple conversation by phone, email, or video chat. If appropriate, your provider will locate the nearest pharmacy and order medication most suited for your circumstance. If you need to go to the hospital or seek other medical attention while away from home, we can advise you on that as well.
